Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PLCG1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PLCG1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher PLCG1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PLCG1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
ESCA, ACC, and OV are the cancer types where PLCG1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
