PLCG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLCG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,857 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLCG1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTK7, EML2, and SEC23B. Each is linked with PLCG1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCG1-to-partner and partner-to-PLCG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLCG1 versus PTK7 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLCG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLCG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
