Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLCG1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,799 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLCG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEX3B, PTK7, and CALD1. Each is linked with PLCG1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCG1-to-partner and partner-to-PLCG1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLCG1 versus MEX3B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLCG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLCG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
