Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLCG1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLCG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, ATM, and eEF2. Each is linked with PLCG1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCG1-to-partner and partner-to-PLCG1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 grouped by PLCG1-low versus PLCG1-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLCG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLCG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
