Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PLCG1-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PLCG1-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher PLCG1-AS1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PLCG1-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and LUAD show a favorable association.

HNSC, LUAD, and UCS are the cancer types where PLCG1-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
