Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLCD3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,077 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLCD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are STON2, GALNT15, and HTRA1. Each is linked with PLCD3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCD3-to-partner and partner-to-PLCD3 results are reported.
