PLCD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLCD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 443 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLCD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PROP1, BHLHA9, and PHF5A. Each is linked with PLCD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCD3-to-partner and partner-to-PLCD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PROP1 grouped by PLCD3-low versus PLCD3-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLCD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLCD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
