PLCD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLCD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,035 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLCD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are QRICH1, PTPN23, and ANO10. Each is linked with PLCD1 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCD1-to-partner and partner-to-PLCD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLCD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLCD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
