PLCD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLCD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,338 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLCD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYBRD1, CCNB1, and CEP55. Each is linked with PLCD1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCD1-to-partner and partner-to-PLCD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLCD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLCD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
