PLCD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLCD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,260 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLCD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3196, RHBDD3, and UBL4A. Each is linked with PLCD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCD1-to-partner and partner-to-PLCD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLCD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLCD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
