Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLCD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,422 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLCD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maintenance of protein localization in organelle, Glycosphingolipid catabolic process, and Protein stabilization. Each is linked with PLCD1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCD1-to-partner and partner-to-PLCD1 results are reported.
