Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLCB4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,156 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLCB4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCF2L, STXBP6, and TBC1D30. Each is linked with PLCB4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCB4-to-partner and partner-to-PLCB4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLCB4 versus MCF2L in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLCB4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLCB4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
