The most reproducible PLCB4-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCLRE1B, MRPL37, and PSMC3IP. Each is linked with PLCB4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCB4-to-partner and partner-to-PLCB4 results are reported.
