Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLCB4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 65 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLCB4-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR_pS2448, Cyclin-B1, and c-Kit. Each is linked with PLCB4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCB4-to-partner and partner-to-PLCB4 results are reported.
