Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLCB4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,636 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLCB4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-lysine oxidation, Regulation of angiotensin-activated signaling pathway, and Regulation of glutamate uptake involved in transmission of nerve impulse. Each is linked with PLCB4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCB4-to-partner and partner-to-PLCB4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peptidyl-lysine oxidation grouped by PLCB4-low versus PLCB4-high in URINARY_TRACT.
