PLCB2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLCB2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,784 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLCB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIRPB1, TLR8, and LILRA1. Each is linked with PLCB2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCB2-to-partner and partner-to-PLCB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLCB2 versus SIRPB1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLCB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLCB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
