Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLCB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,675 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLCB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIPIN, RN7SL134P, and RHBDD3. Each is linked with PLCB2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCB2-to-partner and partner-to-PLCB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TIPIN grouped by PLCB2-low versus PLCB2-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLCB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLCB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
