PLCB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLCB2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLCB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Di-Ras3, YAP, and eIF4E. Each is linked with PLCB2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCB2-to-partner and partner-to-PLCB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Di-Ras3 grouped by PLCB2-low versus PLCB2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLCB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLCB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
