Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PLCB1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PLCB1 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher PLCB1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PLCB1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and STAD show a favorable association.

SCLC, OV, and LUSC are the cancer types where PLCB1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
