Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLCB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,466 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLCB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EMCN, FHL5, and TMX4. Each is linked with PLCB1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCB1-to-partner and partner-to-PLCB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLCB1 versus EMCN in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLCB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLCB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
