Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLCB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,801 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLCB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA5, WDHD1, and SMU1. Each is linked with PLCB1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCB1-to-partner and partner-to-PLCB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDCA5 grouped by PLCB1-low versus PLCB1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLCB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLCB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
