Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLCB1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 77 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLCB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, C-Raf, and FoxM1. Each is linked with PLCB1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLCB1-to-partner and partner-to-PLCB1 results are reported.
