PLBD2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLBD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,682 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLBD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TLR8, EMB, and IL21R. Each is linked with PLBD2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLBD2-to-partner and partner-to-PLBD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLBD2 versus TLR8 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLBD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLBD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
