Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLBD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,379 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLBD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL22P, RNA5SP422, and RNA5SP414. Each is linked with PLBD2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLBD2-to-partner and partner-to-PLBD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL22P grouped by PLBD2-low versus PLBD2-high in COAD.
