PLBD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLBD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,046 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLBD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLCB2, PYCARD, and CAPG. Each is linked with PLBD1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLBD1-to-partner and partner-to-PLBD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLBD1 versus PLCB2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLBD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLBD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
