Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLBD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,737 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLBD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSF3R, LCP2, and SIRPB1. Each is linked with PLBD1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLBD1-to-partner and partner-to-PLBD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLBD1 versus CSF3R in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLBD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLBD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
