PLBD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLBD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,245 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLBD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP411, RNU6-1169P, and TRGJP2. Each is linked with PLBD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLBD1-to-partner and partner-to-PLBD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP411 grouped by PLBD1-low versus PLBD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLBD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLBD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
