The most reproducible PLBD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein catabolic process in the vacuole, Lysosomal protein catabolic process, and Negative regulation of potassium ion transmembrane transporter activity. Each is linked with PLBD1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLBD1-to-partner and partner-to-PLBD1 results are reported.
