PLBD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLBD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLBD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IDI2, OR10AG1, and PABPC1L2A. Each is linked with PLBD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLBD1-to-partner and partner-to-PLBD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IDI2 grouped by PLBD1-low versus PLBD1-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLBD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLBD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
