Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLB1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, Cyclin-B1, and ATM. Each is linked with PLB1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLB1-to-partner and partner-to-PLB1 results are reported.
