Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,281 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLB1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of defense response, Rho protein signal transduction, and Positive regulation of protein localization to nucleus. Each is linked with PLB1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLB1-to-partner and partner-to-PLB1 results are reported.
