PLB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 273 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DPH5, OR2J2, and OR2T35. Each is linked with PLB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLB1-to-partner and partner-to-PLB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DPH5 grouped by PLB1-low versus PLB1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
