Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PLAGL1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PLAGL1 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher PLAGL1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PLAGL1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

ACC, UCEC, and READ are the cancer types where PLAGL1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
