Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLAG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,051 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLAG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHCHD7, IKZF4, and LINC00954. Each is linked with PLAG1 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAG1-to-partner and partner-to-PLAG1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLAG1 versus CHCHD7 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLAG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLAG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
