PLAG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLAG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,147 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLAG1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HMGA1, IGF2BP2, and HMGA2. Each is linked with PLAG1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAG1-to-partner and partner-to-PLAG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLAG1 versus HMGA1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLAG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLAG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
