Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLAG1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 397 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLAG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEP152, MYEF2, and SH2D4A. Each is linked with PLAG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAG1-to-partner and partner-to-PLAG1 results are reported.
