Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLAG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLAG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TGM6, TEX43, and OOSP4B. Each is linked with PLAG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAG1-to-partner and partner-to-PLAG1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TGM6 grouped by PLAG1-low versus PLAG1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLAG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLAG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
