Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLAC9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,277 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLAC9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LUM, TNS2_S120, and PRKG1. Each is linked with PLAC9 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAC9-to-partner and partner-to-PLAC9 results are reported.
