Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLAC9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLAC9-associated genes across cancer lineages are C7orf77, MLECP1, and OR10A3. Each is linked with PLAC9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAC9-to-partner and partner-to-PLAC9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLAC9→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLAC9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
