PLAC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLAC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLAC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-262P, RNA5SP113, and STAU2P1. Each is linked with PLAC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAC1-to-partner and partner-to-PLAC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-262P grouped by PLAC1-low versus PLAC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLAC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLAC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
