Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLAC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,414 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLAC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoplasmic translation, Regulation of protein localization to mitochondrion, and Nucleoside phosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with PLAC1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAC1-to-partner and partner-to-PLAC1 results are reported.
