PLAAT3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLAAT3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,978 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLAAT3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRCH1, PACS2, and REEP4_S152. Each is linked with PLAAT3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAAT3-to-partner and partner-to-PLAAT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLAAT3 versus LRCH1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLAAT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLAAT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
