Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLAAT3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,606 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLAAT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLAAT2, PLAAT4, and PLAAT5. Each is linked with PLAAT3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAAT3-to-partner and partner-to-PLAAT3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLAAT3 versus PLAAT2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLAAT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLAAT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
