Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLAAT3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLAAT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, Tuberin, and ATM. Each is linked with PLAAT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAAT3-to-partner and partner-to-PLAAT3 results are reported.
