Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLAAT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,105 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLAAT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLAAT3, SHROOM3_S677, and SLC9A3R1. Each is linked with PLAAT2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAAT2-to-partner and partner-to-PLAAT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLAAT2 versus PLAAT3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLAAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLAAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
