Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLAAT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,218 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLAAT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are VAV3, CSF3R, and C1QC. Each is linked with PLAAT2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAAT2-to-partner and partner-to-PLAAT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLAAT2 versus VAV3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLAAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLAAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
