PLAAT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLAAT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLAAT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01810, RNA5SP524, and RNU6-1317P. Each is linked with PLAAT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAAT2-to-partner and partner-to-PLAAT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01810 grouped by PLAAT2-low versus PLAAT2-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLAAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLAAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
