The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher PLAAT1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PLAAT1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LUAD, LUSC, and HNSC are the cancer types where PLAAT1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
