PLAAT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLAAT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,567 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLAAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP13A5, P2RY1, and FGF12. Each is linked with PLAAT1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAAT1-to-partner and partner-to-PLAAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLAAT1 versus ATP13A5 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLAAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLAAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
