Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLAAT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,838 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLAAT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleotide biosynthetic process, Positive regulation of monoatomic ion transport, and Regulation of heart rate. Each is linked with PLAAT1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLAAT1-to-partner and partner-to-PLAAT1 results are reported.
